Seabrook Residence

Perched on a ridge above Pacific Beach, Washington this new construction home was designed in keeping with the strict guidelines mandated by the town of Seabrook. Our clients asked us to create an interior design solution that brought modernity to the classic architecture. We accomplished this goal through thoughtful, unique details that set this home apart from others in the community. The fresh white walls and light oak floors are contrasted with black olive doors and window sashes. Plank front cabinets in beachy colors and textural tile selections support the water front location. Oyster shell toned Venetian Plaster creates interest at the Living Room fireplace. There was high value placed on the impact well crafted decorative lighting can have on an interior so bespoke fixtures are featured throughout the main floor. Furniture is eclectic and upholstered in outdoor fabrics for durability and easy maintenance. The artwork throughout the home features northwest and predominantly female artists and is a collection curated by Amy Baker as part of her design services.
