Washington Park

This Washington Park home was purchased by a young Seattle family who were drawn to its classic Cape Cod exterior and breathtaking lake views. However, the interior did not reflect the playful, modern aesthetic the owners envisioned for their home. They guided the design team through a comprehensive renovation to transform the space.

Key modifications were made to the floor plan, and the home received a complete update, including new finishes, cabinetry, lighting, furniture, and art. The result is a warm, fresh, and light-filled home with functional spaces that accommodate the dynamic lifestyle of a family with three children and two dogs.
