Seabrook

Perched on a ridge above Pacific Beach, Washington, this newly constructed home was designed in accordance with the town of Seabrook’s strict architectural guidelines. Our clients requested an interior that blended modern elements with the classic style of the home. To achieve this, we incorporated unique, thoughtful details that distinguish this residence from others in the community.

Fresh white walls and light oak floors provide a serene backdrop, contrasted by black olive doors and window sashes. Plank-front cabinetry in soft beachy tones and textured tiles reflect the home's waterfront location. At the Living Room fireplace, oyster shell-toned Venetian Plaster adds a touch of elegance and visual interest. A high value was placed on the transformative effect of decorative lighting, so bespoke fixtures were carefully selected for the main floor to enhance the space. The eclectic furniture, upholstered in durable outdoor fabrics, offers both style and practicality.

The artwork throughout the home, which showcases a selection of northwest and predominantly female artists, was curated by Amy Baker as part of her design services.
