Madison Park
The homeowners acquired this residence as an urban sanctuary, transitioning into an empty nest phase. Designed by the renowned Roland Terry, the home was originally built in 1949 and preserved in near-original condition. While the public spaces featured timeless architecture and sophisticated modern design, the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms presented functional challenges. Our design team reimagined the floor plans to maximize natural light, enhance the flow between spaces, and elevate the functionality of every room. The interior palette was thoughtfully curated to blend warm whites, soft silvery greys, and deep brown/black window trim, creating a modern contrast that beautifully frames the mature gardens and panoramic views of Lake Washington.
