First Hill Residence

The Owner of this downtown condominium is a true minimalist and says that a spare, white on white space is 'her idea of a good time'. Her renovation objectives were to improve the function of all areas using a modernist design approach and a neutral materials palette. She now enjoys city views while cooking and her frequent dinner guests are thrilled with the new open plan which allows for lively interaction between the kitchen, living and dining areas. The master bedroom was re-planned to screen the bed from the public areas of the home and re-designed to include clothes storage as architectural casework. The master bathroom was reworked to include a shower and feature a generous soaking tub. Lastly the guest bedroom now functions as a home office, library and media room.
